8.2 Refund Procedure: Refund requests must be made within 07 days of purchase. To request a refund, please refer to our Refund Policy document in detail. We will complete processing your refund request within 15 days of receiving all the required information.
8.3 Change of Service: If you want to change the service you ordered for a different one, you must request this change within 07 days of purchase. The purchase price of the original service, less any earned fee and money paid to government entities or other third parties, will be credited to your Taxgyany.com account. You can use the balance credit for any other services provided by Taxgyany.com.
8.4 Additional Costs: Taxgyany Pro Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible or liable for any other costs incurred by the client related to the completion of the service, except as explicitly stated in this User Agreement.
