Refund Policy

At TaxGyany, we are committed to providing high-quality accounting, financial, and secretarial services. We strive for your satisfaction and guarantee our support throughout the process. In the event that you are not fully satisfied with our services, please notify us immediately, and we will take corrective measures, provide a refund, or offer a credit that can be used for future orders with TaxGyany.

If you are dissatisfied with our service, please log in to the TaxGyany platform using the email address associated with your payment. In case you have forgotten your password, you can reset it by using the “forgot password” option.

Select the engagement that does not meet your expectations and choose the “Not Satisfied” option. We will escalate the matter to the relevant agent and managers to expedite the resolution. Please understand that while we can control delays on our side, we may not be able to control delays caused by government processes or deficiencies in the documents submitted. We kindly request your patience as we strive to complete your engagement to the best of our ability.

07-Day Refund Policy

If an engagement does not progress as per your expectations, you may request a refund within 07 days of payment. After 07 days, you can request a refund to be processed as a service credit, which can be utilized for any other future service.

Earned Fee & Cancellation Fee Deduction

Before processing any refund, we reserve the right to make every effort to complete the service. If you are still unsatisfied with the service, a cancellation fee of 20% plus the earned fee and the fee paid to the government will be applicable. In the case of a change of service, the cancellation fee will not be applicable.

Therefore, all refunds will be subject to a minimum cancellation fee of 20%. Additionally, if TaxGyany has invested time and resources in completing the engagement or has incurred any other fees, such fees will be deducted based on our best judgment, and the remaining balance will be refunded. Under any circumstances, TaxGyany shall be liable to refund up to 80% of the fee paid by the client.

Change of Service

If you wish to change the service you ordered for a different one, you can request this change within 07 days of purchase. The purchase price of the original service, less any earned fee, money paid to government entities (such as filing fees or taxes), or other third parties, will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be credited toward the new service. In the case of a change to a service of the same or higher value, no 20% deduction will be applicable.

Requesting a Refund 

To initiate a refund request, please log in to TaxGyany and select “Get Help” to begin the process. Additionally, you will be required to send an email to info@taxgyany.com, including transaction details, to initiate the refund process. Refunds are generally processed within 3-5 weeks from the date of the request, along with all relevant information provided.

Penalty or Tax Payment

TaxGyany and its employees serve as corporate service providers. While it is our responsibility to prepare the necessary filings, it is the client’s responsibility to ensure accuracy and correctness. Therefore, TaxGyany will not be liable for any penalties or taxes incurred by the client. Furthermore, TaxGyany is not responsible for any other costs incurred by the client that are beyond the scope of our service.

Factors Outside Our Control

We cannot guarantee the results or outcome of your specific procedure. For instance, the government may reject a trademark application for legal reasons beyond the scope of TaxGyany’s service. Delays caused by a government backlog or issues with government platforms (e.g., MCA website, Income Tax website, FSSAI website) are beyond our control and are not eligible for a refund. Additionally, the services rendered by our associates on the Nearest.Expert platform, who are not employed by TaxGyany, are not covered by this guarantee or eligible for a refund. We appreciate your understanding that delays in processing by the government cannot be a reason for a refund.

Force Majeure 

TaxGyany shall not be considered in breach of its Satisfaction Guarantee policy or in default under any terms of service if performance of its obligations is delayed, interrupted, or ceased due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to earthquakes, floods, fires, storms, natural disasters, acts of God, epidemics, government actions, explosions, wars, terrorism, labor strikes, or similar events (“Force Majeure Event”).
